Update 9/23 - Russet has been adopted! :-D

Ok, time has come for a shameless plug for my own Elfquest-based holt, Three Lakes. Hopefully it will bring some new players into the game since we really, really, really need them... we're sorta stuck in a major time jump with half of the players we used to have and though everyone is doing their best, the more the merrier!

The story's all about three tribes of elves, each living on the shore of a lake, who have vowed to destroy each others. The CatRiders, who thrive on fighting, the PegasusRiders, masters of various arts, and last but, certainly not least the GryphonRiders, nobles and peasants, who live within the mountain in a Renaissance style society. Many have died, many more try to lead 'normal' lives since their paths were changed when Chieftess Snowcry of the Catriders recognized Chief Acornsong of the Pegasusriders. And from the top of Killbeak Mountain, the GryphonRiders - who are determined to crush the others tribes under their heel in order to secure a place for their people to find sactuary - watch over the bloodshed with illdisguised amusement. Elsewhere in the woods live the Tramps, nomadic bands of gypsy-like elves. Trolls, humans, fairy-like creatures - but also dragons, phoenixes and sea monsters - lurk in the darkness. Mystery, intrigue, deception, passions, forbidden loves and lifelong grudges wait behind every corner. Come join the Three Lakes elves in their daily fights to see yet another sunrise.

So what is the holt looking for at the moment? Active players who are willing to contribute to the rp as well as people who might be interested to roleplay villains (we REALLY need villains!) The holt's been running for quite some time now and I'm working to keep it going
strong.
